The Founders
On The Horizon was founded by Jared Wade and Zontaye Richardson—both bringing deep experience from Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disability Services, including case management. Their combined background provides a strong understanding of how to build effective, person-centered support plans that meet real-life needs. As active, hands-on leaders, Jared and Zontaye work closely with staff and individuals to maintain consistent care and meaningful outcomes.
Jared Wade
Jared Wade is a Co-Founder of On The Horizon, LLC with a strong history of supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, including case management experience through Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disability Services. Jared is a hands-on leader who works closely with staff and the individuals served to ensure care is consistent, respectful, and aligned with each person’s goals and needs.
Zontaye Richardson
Zontaye Richardson is a Co-Founder of On The Horizon, LLC with extensive experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition to case management experience through Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disability Services, Zontaye has a strong background in behavior supports from her work as a Behavior Support professional. She is highly involved in day-to-day operations and works directly alongside staff and individuals to support stability, progress, and quality of life.
